I struggled with my weight most of my adult life, so I know just how tough of a battle it can be to lose it - and keep it off. I finally figured things out in 2017, and lost 77 pounds and 34% body fat at the age of 49. I am passionate about health and fitness and have always loved helping people, so becoming a personal trainer was a perfect fit for me. I am certified as a personal trainer as well as a specialist in fitness nutrition, bodybuilding, and transformations, and also have a bachelor's degree in psychology.
I believe that long-lasting results come from making lifestyle and mindset changes, not from diets with end dates. I strive to educate and empower my clients to make those changes while also offering motivation, support, and positive feedback to help them reach their goals.
